After reading various game and film art books I was inspired by how much thought and effort goes into every prop and item no matter how small. I thought I’d have a go at designing my own weapon set, and I wanted to incorporate a theme into the the design, so I went with the mighty and elegant elk, which in some cultures symbolises power, strength, freedom and courage.
So I incorporated the elk antlers motif into the design of the weapons, and had a go at digitally painting my first weapon concept.
